This explosive paté is born from the spicy croissant peppers. The peppers are grown by I Contadini on the farm at the end of May and harvested manually from August to October. Washed, selected, depicciolate, cut into rings and left to mature in salt for a short period. After some time, the peppers are ready to be chopped with the addition of Mediterranean spices and placed in extra virgin olive oil. This is how the tasty and spicy Bomba del Salento patè is born.
