This organic olive oil is obtained from Leccina olives and is characterised by a very well-balanced balance of bitter, spicy, sweet and fruity flavours with a hint of almond. It is a decidedly delicate oil, golden yellow in colour with greenish highlights. It generally has a medium-low polyphenol content, which is why the perception of bitterness and pungency remains low.
Serving suggestion: ideal for raw and cooked consumption. It is particularly suitable for delicate dishes such as baked fish and grilled white meat. It also goes well with tomatoes, bruschetta and grilled vegetables. Ideal for use in baby foods.
