Sulla honey, a typical product of our country!
Its name comes from the herbaceous plant from which the bees take the pollen, the Sulla, which is a typical species of the Mediterranean area, present in almost all regions of central and southern Italy.
Sulla honey crystallises spontaneously, forming a compact mass of medium or fine crystals and its colour varies from colourless to straw yellow when it is liquid, from white to light beige when it crystallises.
Because of its delicate characteristics, sweet and balanced flavour and creamy consistency, it is one of the honeys most appreciated by adults and children alike!
