The famous but also rare Coriander honey is a new production for our country!
It has a light colour and a fairly liquid consistency... what distinguishes it is the intense perfume and delicate flavour due to the aromatic nectar of the plant, which gives it precisely this strong connotation.
Coriander honey is produced in the Monti Dauni in areas where there are no simultaneous blooms in order to obtain a pure coriander honey.
Our Coriander honey was awarded with 1 drop of gold at the national competition for the selection of the best nationally produced honeys, "PREMIO GIULIO PIANA-GRANDI MIELI D'ITALIA tre gocce d'oro" (GIULIO PIANA PRIZE-GRANDI MIELI D'ITALIA three drops of gold) held every year in Castel San Pietro Terme.
