Citrus fruits honey
Pale in colour, flowery in scent and sweet in taste, this is the honey that pleasantly surprises with its many properties and characteristic, intense aroma.
Also known as orange blossom honey, citrus honey has a floral flavour with a fruity tendency and an intensely aromatic but at the same time delicate taste, like the flowers from which it comes.
Production takes place in areas with a Mediterranean and tropical climate, particularly on the border between Puglia and Basilicata.
