Giovanni Aiello's rosé flows forcefully into the glass, thanks to its structured body, moving vigorously and gracefully. The color, cherry pink with a coral hue, is crystalline. The nose opens with fruity notes of raspberry, currant, and cherry, followed by rose, accompanied by notes of Mediterranean scrub.
A unique wine, born from shallow, clayey, and calcareous soil, where the plant roots insinuate themselves into the karst fissures.
