The Green Chakra comes from the vineyards located in the magnificent area known as the “Canale di Pirro”, on the slopes of the Valle d'Itria, a wide karst depression in the heart of the Murgia dei trulli and a few kilometers from the Adriatic Sea.
The soil at the base of the canal is red, clayey-limestone, rich in skeleton and, a short distance from the vineyards, the limestone rock emerges; while the roots of the plants creep into the karst fissures.
