An olive oil mill and vinegar factory in Lizzanello, in the province of Lecce, that has been producing the renowned Vincotto1825 extra virgin olive oil, balsamic condiments, and flavored condiments for generations.

In 1825, Leonardo Calogiuri created a small company selling extra virgin olive oil and wine and began using a special cooked grape must, passed down from his father, for his family, calling it "Vincotto®."

This tradition has been passed down through six generations to this day. In 1993, following a chef's suggestion, Gianni Calogiuri decided to develop and market his own sweet and sour condiment using the stock of long-aged "Vincotto®."
