ES Gianfranco Fino

Instinct and unbridled passion, this is the ES according to Freud. This is why this wine was called that, because it comes from the same unbridled passion. The id is subject to a single principle: "pleasure". ES by Gianfranco Fino is produced in a vineyard where there is little use of chemicals, in which cover products are used to combat the main ampelopathies of the vine. After racking, Es is placed in French oak barriques (50%) and new (other 50%). After about 9 months of aging in wood, the wine is then bottled without the aid of clarifying cidiellino and tartaric participations.
